If you'd like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note the following exceptions to our returns and exchanges policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must still have tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Damaged or Lost Products

If the product you ordered arrived damaged or was lost in transit, you can request a replacement or refund. All you have to do is send us a photo of the product in the condition it was in when it was delivered before sending it back. When you return the product to us, you must use a tracking number. Otherwise we cannot issue a refund.


Since the satisfaction of our customers is our focus, we currently offer  free shipping to  Germany, Austria and Switzerland  at.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and are shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order.

Once we have received the shipping notification, we can no longer change or correct the delivery information. You, the customer, will void any replacement or refund if correct shipping information is not provided at the time of sending via email.

Your order can be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the post office may leave a notification card with information on how and where your delivery can be picked up.
